Returns and complaints
You can withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the parcel. Below is the full address to send the goods back to.

Write the order number on the parcel or put it inside, so we can process the return faster.
How to return goods
- Tell us within 14 days of receiving the parcel: write to MarketLevano@gmail.com or use the form on your order page (the link is in the confirmation e-mail).
- Pack the unopened goods in their original packaging and add the order number.
- Send the parcel to the return address shown on this page. The cost of sending it back is borne by the customer.
- We refund the money, including the cheapest delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods.
We cannot take back food products once opened (art. 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). This does not limit complaints about faulty goods.
Complaint: faulty or damaged goods
Write to MarketLevano@gmail.com or use the form on your order page, ideally with a photo. We reply within 14 days. If we need the goods to assess it, send them to the same return address.
